5. Submission Requirements: Participants must adhere to the submission requirements outlined by the event organizers, including the submission of a proposal, working prototype, demo video, and written report.
6. Judging: Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on a range of criteria, including innovation, feasibility, and potential impact. The judges' decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
7. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the winning team, as determined by the judges. The exact nature and value of the prizes will be determined by the event organizers.
8. Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of any information or ideas shared by other participants or event organizers.
9. Liability: Participants assume all liability for any damage or injury caused by their participation in the event.
10. Disqualification: The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
