1. Eligibility: The hackathon is open to  teams of two to five people. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the organizers will result in immediate disqualification from the event.

3. Originality: All solutions presented at the hackathon must be original and not infringe on any existing intellectual property rights.

4. Plagiarism: Participants must not engage in any form of plagiarism or submit solutions that are based on existing solutions without proper attribution.

5. Submission Requirements: Participants must adhere to the submission requirements outlined by the event organizers, including the submission of a proposal, working prototype, demo video, and written report.

6. Judging: Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on a range of criteria, including innovation, feasibility, and potential impact. The judges' decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

7. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the winning team, as determined by the judges. The exact nature and value of the prizes will be determined by the event organizers.

8. Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of any information or ideas shared by other participants or event organizers.

9. Liability: Participants assume all liability for any damage or injury caused by their participation in the event.

10. Disqualification: The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

11. Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights belong to NEOLEAP.
